How coaching works
Weekly one-on-one sessions over video, built around your real week, with room to text me in between. Nothing to prepare before a session. I just ask that you’re not multitasking.

About an hour on video. We find out whether working together makes sense. No prep.
Our first paid session. I get a real picture of what’s going on for you, starting with whatever’s pulling at you most.
From there, we meet every week with no set end date. You can stop anytime.
Fifty minutes over video. We open with a check-in on what moved since last time, then spend the rest on one live problem you’re in the middle of.
You leave with one thing to try before the next session.
We set milestone goals together. A milestone might be the conversation you’ve been avoiding, or a decision you keep circling.
We get specific enough that we’ll both know when you’ve hit it, and we adjust as we go.
Most people come in focused on one area. We usually find it’s connected to the others, so we keep all four in view.
Text or send a voice message when something comes up. I respond during coaching hours, 9am to 6pm on weekdays, so the conversation keeps going between calls.
Tell me and we stop. No conversation required beyond letting me know.
If you feel resistance to continuing, bring it up. Sometimes that’s a sign to stop. Sometimes it’s the thing worth working through; that’s been true in my own experience more than once. I won’t presume which one it is for you.
The intro call is free. On it, I’ll walk you through pricing and the coaching agreement.
Pick a time for a free intro call. We talk for about an hour on video and figure out whether coaching with me fits. If it does, I’ll walk you through pricing and the coaching agreement.
